Itinerary of Heavenly Thailand Trip

Day 1 - Arrival in Phuket, Explore Phuket

Arrive at Phuket International Airport by noon.
Meet our driver and proceed to hotel for check-in.
Spend the afternoon exploring Phuket Town. Recommended places: Patong Beach, Big Buddha, and Bangla Road for nightlife.
Relax and unwind for the night in Phuket.

Day 2 - Phi Phi Island Tour

Morning/Afternoon: After an early breakfast, we will be heading for a day tour to Most famous Phi Phi Islands. The boat ride will take approximately 2 hours. The Phi Phi Islands are renowned for their stunning beaches, crystal-clear waters, and dramatic limestone cliffs. You’ll visit iconic spots like Maya Bay (made famous by the movie The Beach), Pileh Lagoon, and Viking Cave. Activities include snorkeling in vibrant coral reefs, swimming, and taking in the breathtaking natural beauty of the islands. A delicious Thai lunch will be provided on one of the islands, with plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy the surroundings. You’ll return to Phuket in the late afternoon.

Day 3 - Phuket to Krabi

Post breakfast, check out and travel via private transfer to Krabi.
After check-in, explore Ao Nang Beach and nearby areas in the evening on your own. Recommended places: Enjoy the beach promenade, local cafes, and Krabi’s nightlife.
Overnight stay in Krabi.

Day 4 - Four Island Tour

Enjoy breakfast and gear up for a 4-Island Tour by speedboat (SIC basis).
Visit Phra Nang Cave Beach, Chicken Island, Tup Island, and Poda Island.
Includes lunch and national park fees.
Return to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure. Or explore more of Krabi nightlife.

Day 5 - Krabi to Bangkok

Check out after breakfast and catch a flight from Krabi to Bangkok.
On arrival, transfer to your hotel and check in.
Visit iconic attractions like the Golden Buddha (Wat Traimit) and Reclining Buddha (Wat Pho).
In the evening, enjoy a Chao Phraya River Dinner Cruise with live music and buffet.
Overnight stay in Bangkok.

Day 6 - Bangkok City Tour

Start the day with breakfast.
Visit Safari World and Marine Park (SIC basis) for a full-day adventure.
Enjoy animal shows, marine life exhibits, a jungle safari, and buffet lunch.
Return to your hotel in the evening and relax. Or go out to explore Bangkok’s nightlife on own (Recommended: Khao san road)

Day 7 - Shopping at Bangkok & Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
Use your free time for shopping at MBK Mall or nearby local markets.
Private drop to Don Mueang Airport (DMK) by 5:00 PM for your return flight to India.

Internal travel will be by an AC bus, van, cab or ferry.

Thailand boasts great food choices. There are multiple food options available at all the places that put travelers in confusion. Phuket has lot of Indian Restaurants. Our guide will take you to some of them during the trip.

> Booking amount of INR 15000 + taxes.

> Remaining trip amount shall be paid 1 month before trip start date.
> Booking amount is non-refundable if cancelled later or failed to pay balance amount on time.

Special Notes:

Travelers are expected to come with open heart by appreciating and respecting the local culture, following local laws/rules in Thailand.
No drugs or misbehaving with locals – Thai Police are very strict on these matters.

What's next after booking your trip?

Organizers will get in touch with you, or vice versa.
Once minimum number of people book this trip (at least 4 members), Organizing team will give a green signal to book your flights.
A Whatsapp group will be created for all the registered folks 5 days before the event.

Terms & Conditions

The itinerary is fixed. No special requests to change itinerary/schedule shall be entertained. Travelers are not allowed to advice/instruct the Organizers (Driver or Trip Leader or Operations Manager) to change the itinerary.
Cooperate with the Organizers in following the schedule set for the day (especially getting up and getting ready in the morning). This will ensure we won’t miss out places in itinerary.
Every traveler is responsible for his/her own safety. Do not indulge in any illegal or silly activity that causes harm to self or fellow travelers.
Do not go away from the group without taking permission from the Organizers.
Travelers are expected to respect each other and help one another. Avoid discussing sensitive matters like sex, politics, and religion/caste/race.
Using foul or abusive language, eve-teasing, arguing with fellow Travelers/Organizers/Locals, and/or involving in the physical assault will not be accepted and will stand a chance of being deserted by the group then and there.
Every traveler is expected to digitally fill & submit a liability/waiver form given by the Organizers before the trip. This liability form will discharge Muddie Trails of any unexpected incident like injury/death/theft etc.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Traveler

80% refund if a cancellation request is sent 30 days before the trip start date.
An email has to be sent to muddietrails@gmail.com to raise a cancellation request.
No refund within 30 days of the event start time whatever is the reason (Health, COVID, Accident, Family crisis, Office issue, or anything else).
No refund on the partial payment (advance/booking amount) done to block your seat for the trip.

Cancellation by Muddie Trails

Muddie Trails may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 5 travelers signed up for the trip.

What if we don’t get the minimum number of people for the trip?
We have 2 options in this case:
Option 1: Complete refund.
Option 2: Switch to any other long trip of the same dates or future dates. The difference amount will be collected from you or paid back according to the new trip cost.

Note: We do not recommend to book flight tickets until the trip is confirmed with atleast 5 travelers signed up.

Cancellation due to external factors

Muddie Trails may have to cancel the event in case of external factors that are beyond our control like Natural Disasters, Extreme Weather Conditions, Red Alerts, Political Disturbances, Bandh/Curfews, Local Issues, Road Blocks, Flight cancellations, Covid-19 or any other disease outbreaks etc.

In these scenarios:

No Refund is allowed.
100% trip amount can be used for future dates. The difference amount, if any, will be collected from you or paid back according to the new trip cost.
Once you confirm your participation on the new trip, all the above Cancellation policies will apply for the same.
