Ethina buja also called as Shishila Gudda is a mountain peak located at a distance of 25 km from mudigere. It is a part of charmadi range at an altitude of 1300m from sea level.

Ethina Buja in kannada means ethina – ox and Buja – shoulders, as the peak forms the shape of the ox’s shoulder.

Tall trees, beautiful views and splendid natural backdrops accompany your way up the tiring, yet rewarding journey. If lucky, one can see the spotted deer.
