Hello travelers!
Muddie Trails has curated a 5 in 1 special trip with handpicked destinations of Tamil Nadu.
Ooty & Coonoor – Nilgiris, translated as “Blue mountains” is a fairyland in the tri-junction of 3 southern Indian states – Karnataka, Tamilnadu, and Kerala. There are cloud kissing mountains, dense forests, rushing streams, breathtaking views, sudden drops, deep valleys, charming meadows. The Nilgiris biosphere is unique for its altitude as well as a unique ecosystem. It boasts of the most popular tourist destination in the South of India called Ooty & it’s little sister Coonoor. The best thing about Nilgiris is its cold climate throughout the year. Ooty attracts lots of tourists in summertime.
Coimbatore – Home to famous Adi Yogi statue of Isha Yoga Center. The amazing light & sound show is in the bucket list of every spiritual being.
Madurai – The Cultural Heart of Tamil Nadu: Steeped in over two millennia of history, Madurai is an ancient temple town that never sleeps. Famous for the magnificent Sri Meenakshi Amman Temple with its towering rainbow gopurams and 1,000-pillar hall, this bustling city offers an authentic taste of South Indian heritage, majestic Nayakkar-era architecture, and legendary street food.
Kanyakumari – Where Three Oceans Meet: Located at the southernmost tip of mainland India, Kanyakumari is a coastal paradise where the Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal, and Indian Ocean merge into one spectacular horizon. From watching dramatic sunrises and sunsets over the sea to taking a ferry to the iconic Vivekananda Rock Memorial, it’s a town of serene energy and sweeping ocean views.
Rameshwaram – The Sacred Island Town: Connected to the mainland by the famous Pamban Bridge, Rameshwaram is a tranquil island rich in epic mythology and coastal charm. Home to the legendary Ramanathaswamy Temple – featuring the longest carved stone corridor in the world, it’s a place where spiritual heritage meets peaceful sea breezes. Tucked away at the tip of Rameshwaram island is another famous place Dhanushkodi, an abandoned village destroyed in the 1964 cyclone.
This trip is a blend of nature & spirituality. It features beautiful mountains, epic coastal drives, serene beaches, ancient temples, historical ruins, and plenty of exploration. Wait no more, book your seat
Because we believe the best adventures start where the road ends. Whether it’s gliding through mountain mist or exploring a hidden beach, we aren’t afraid to get our boots (and inturn your boots) a little muddy to find the magic.
