Itinerary of Thailand Trip

Day 1 - Bangkok to Pattaya, Explore Pattaya and Night Life

Morning: Arrival at DMK/BKK Airport. Transfer to Pattaya via private vehicle.
Stop at Tiger Topia (optional: Entry with breakfast: 650 THB payable directly).
Afternoon: Check-in at Pattaya Hotel (standard check-in time: 2:00 PM).
Accommodation: Twin-sharing room; single room available for 1300 THB extra per night.
Evening: Free leisure time. (Optional: Visit to Alcazar Show: 800 THB payable directly).
Overnight: Stay in Pattaya.

Day 2 - Coral Island Tour and Pattaya Night Life

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Coral Island Tour: Includes speedboat transfer and lunch on the island. Optional water activities: Parasailing, snorkelling, banana boat ride. Combo package: 2500 THB (payable directly).
Evening: Free leisure time. As the sun sets, the nightlife of Pattaya comes alive. Our trip lead can suggest or take you interesting party places in Pattaya.
Overnight: Stay in Pattaya.

Day 3 - Pattaya to Bangkok – City tour

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Visit Pattaya Floating market (optional entry ticket from 70THB to 500THB). If time permits, we will take you to Nong Nooch Village (optional entry ticket: 1200 THB).
Afternoon: Transfer to Bangkok with stops at Big Buddha Temple (famous for its 18-meter golden Buddha statue).
Check in to Bangkok hotel.
Evening: Free leisure time in Bangkok. Our trip lead can suggest or take you interesting party places in Bangkok.
Overnight: Stay in Bangkok.

Day 4 - Bangkok Attractions & Drop off

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Check out from hotel. Visit Safari World & Marine Park (Optional: entry ticket: 1400 THB includes lunch).
Free time for shopping at MBK Mall or the Chatuchak Market.
Evening: Transfer to DMK/BKK Airport by 5:30 PM for your return flight. You’re your Return flight to Bangalore after 08:30 PM.

This is a backpacking style, shared-model group trip.
It involves 3 star hotels/stays & shared travel between group members.
It best suits for people who wish to socialize and prefer group travel.

We will drop around 04 PM – 4:30 PM on Day 4.

Why?

Thailand boasts great food choices. There are multiple food options available at all the places that put travelers in confusion. Pattaya and Bangkok has lot of Indian Restaurants. Our Trip Captain will take you to some of them during the trip.

There are 2 ways of booking this trip

Directly book through Book Now option.
> Full payment.
Book with Partial Payment
> Booking amount of INR 7999 + taxes.
> Send screenshot to Booking Team on 9880539183. An e-mail confirmation will be sent after acknowledgement.
> Remaining trip amount shall be paid 1 month before trip start date.
> Booking amount is non-refundable if cancelled later or failed to pay balance amount on time.
Note: Within 1 month, ONLY full payment option is applicable.

Special Notes:

Travelers are expected to come with open heart by appreciating and respecting the local culture, following local laws/rules in Thailand.
No drugs or misbehaving with locals – Thai Police are very strict on these matters.

FAQ

What's next after booking your trip?

Organizers will get in touch with you, or vice versa.
Once minimum number of people book this trip (at least 4 members), Organizing team will give a green signal to book your flights.
A Whatsapp group will be created for all the registered folks 5 days before the event.

Terms & Conditions

The itinerary is fixed. No special requests to change itinerary/schedule shall be entertained. Travelers are not allowed to advice/instruct the Organizers (Driver or Trip Leader or Operations Manager) to change the itinerary.
Cooperate with the Organizers in following the schedule set for the day (especially getting up and getting ready in the morning). This will ensure we won’t miss out places in itinerary.
Every traveler is responsible for his/her own safety. Do not indulge in any illegal or silly activity that causes harm to self or fellow travelers.
Do not go away from the group without taking permission from the Organizers.
Travelers are expected to respect each other and help one another. Avoid discussing sensitive matters like sex, politics, and religion/caste/race.
Using foul or abusive language, eve-teasing, arguing with fellow Travelers/Organizers/Locals, and/or involving in the physical assault will not be accepted and will stand a chance of being deserted by the group then and there.
Every traveler is expected to digitally fill & submit a liability/waiver form given by the Organizers before the trip. This liability form will discharge Muddie Trails of any unexpected incident like injury/death/theft etc.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Traveler

80% refund if a cancellation request is sent 30 days before the trip start date.
An email has to be sent to muddietrails@gmail.com to raise a cancellation request.
No refund within 30 days of the event start time whatever is the reason (Health, COVID, Accident, Family crisis, Office issue, or anything else).
No refund on the partial payment (advance/booking amount) done to block your seat for the trip.

Cancellation by Muddie Trails

Muddie Trails may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 5 travelers signed up for the trip.

What if we don’t get the minimum number of people for the trip?
We have 2 options in this case:
Option 1: Complete refund.
Option 2: Switch to any other long trip of the same dates or future dates. The difference amount will be collected from you or paid back according to the new trip cost.

Note: We do not recommend to book flight tickets until the trip is confirmed with atleast 5 travelers signed up.

Cancellation due to external factors

Muddie Trails may have to cancel the event in case of external factors that are beyond our control like Natural Disasters, Extreme Weather Conditions, Red Alerts, Political Disturbances, Bandh/Curfews, Local Issues, Road Blocks, Flight cancellations, Covid-19 or any other disease outbreaks etc.

In these scenarios:

No Refund is allowed.
100% trip amount can be used for future dates. The difference amount, if any, will be collected from you or paid back according to the new trip cost.
Once you confirm your participation on the new trip, all the above Cancellation policies will apply for the same.
