Itinerary of Heavenly Thailand Trip

Day 1 - Arrival in Phuket, Ao Nang Beaches, Krabi Nightlife

Your adventure begins as you arrive at Phuket International Airport. A private transfer will whisk you away to the serene town of Ao Nang in Krabi. En route, soak in the stunning views of tropical landscapes.
After checking into your hotel, explore the charm of Ao Nang Beach, stroll along the soft sands and enjoy the striking views of limestone cliffs.
Railay Beach: A short boat ride away, Railay Beach is known for its secluded beauty and turquoise waters.
Ao Nang Nightlife: Dive into the lively bar scene, enjoy live music, and treat yourself to authentic Thai street food.

Day 2 - 4 Island Adventure Tour with Lunch

Prepare for an exciting day exploring Krabi’s most beautiful islands on the 4-Island Tour.
Poda Island: Relax on white sandy beaches and enjoy swimming in crystalclear waters.
Chicken Island: Marvel at the unique chicken-shaped rock formation and snorkel amidst vibrant marine life.

After breakfast, transfer to the bustling town of Patong in Phuket. Upon arrival, check in
to your hotel and enjoy a relaxing day:

Bangla Road by Night: Explore the vibrant nightlife, from neon-lit bars to live performances.

Day 4 - Phuket’s Attractions

Today we will discover the best of Phuket with this day-long city tour.

Karon Beach: Relax by the tranquil shore and soak in the beauty of this quieter beach.

Day 5 - Phi Phi Island Tour with Lunch

We will embark on a full-day tour to the spectacular Phi Phi Islands.

After a final exploration, we will arrange transfer to Phuket International Airport for your return journey, carrying memories of a tropical paradise.

Trip starting/ending point: Phuket International Airport – Fixed pick up & drop timings
Internal travel will be by an AC bus, van, cab or ferry.

Trip start time: Day 1, 11:45 AM
You can book onward flight to Bangkok based on the above timing.
Trip end time: Day 6, 04:00 PM
We will drop guests at Phuket Airport around 04 PM – 4:30 PM on Day 6.
You can book return flights after 7:00 PM

Special Notes:

Travelers are expected to come with open heart by appreciating and respecting the local culture, following local laws/rules in Thailand.
No drugs or misbehaving with locals – Thai Police are very strict on these matters.

What's next after booking your trip?

A Whatsapp group shall be created on the trip day and Vehicle & Trip Leader details will be shared.
Live location of the vehicle will be sent in the group once it starts at the first point.

Terms & Conditions

The itinerary is fixed. No special requests to change itinerary/schedule shall be entertained. Travelers are not allowed to advice/instruct the Organizers (Driver or Trip Leader or Operations Manager) to change the itinerary.
Cooperate with the Organizers in following the schedule set for the day (especially getting up and getting ready in the morning). This will ensure we won’t miss out places in itinerary.
Every traveler is responsible for his/her own safety. Do not indulge in any illegal or silly activity that causes harm to self or fellow travelers.
Do not go away from the group without taking permission from the Organizers.
Travelers are expected to respect each other and help one another. Avoid discussing sensitive matters like sex, politics, and religion/caste/race.
Using foul or abusive language, eve-teasing, arguing with fellow Travelers/Organizers/Locals, and/or involving in the physical assault will not be accepted and will stand a chance of being deserted by the group then and there.
Every traveler is expected to digitally fill & submit a liability/waiver form given by the Organizers before the trip. This liability form will discharge Muddie Trails of any unexpected incident like injury/death/theft etc.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Traveler

80% refund if a cancellation request is sent 30 days before the trip start date.
An email has to be sent to muddietrails@gmail.com to raise a cancellation request.
No refund within 30 days of the event start time whatever is the reason (Health, COVID, Accident, Family crisis, Office issue, or anything else).
No refund on the partial payment (advance/booking amount) done to block your seat for the trip.

Cancellation by Muddie Trails

Muddie Trails may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 5 travelers signed up for the trip.

What if we don’t get the minimum number of people for the trip?
We have 2 options in this case:
Option 1: Complete refund.
Option 2: Switch to any other long trip of the same dates or future dates. The difference amount will be collected from you or paid back according to the new trip cost.

Note: We do not recommend to book flight tickets until the trip is confirmed with atleast 5 travelers signed up.

Cancellation due to external factors

Muddie Trails may have to cancel the event in case of external factors that are beyond our control like Natural Disasters, Extreme Weather Conditions, Red Alerts, Political Disturbances, Bandh/Curfews, Local Issues, Road Blocks, Flight cancellations, Covid-19 or any other disease outbreaks etc.

In these scenarios:

No Refund is allowed.
100% trip amount can be used for future dates. The difference amount, if any, will be collected from you or paid back according to the new trip cost.
Once you confirm your participation on the new trip, all the above Cancellation policies will apply for the same.
