Hello Bengaluru!
Muddie Trails presents a mouth-watering experience on the Western Ghats. Coorg is a hill station located in Karnataka famous for its coffee and tea plantations. It’s called ‘The Scotland of India‘ thanks to its majestic beauty and pleasant climate. The valleys of Coorg are filled with tropical forests with a good amount of wildlife.
First day, we will explore the most happening town of Coorg Madikeri – with beautiful viewpoints, pristine waterfalls and a beautiful sunset point build by Maharajas of Coorg. Another attraction is Mandalpatti which is famous for a bumpy Jeep trail to witness stunning scenes of high Western Ghats. Come evening, interested folks can also do coffee shopping in Madikeri town. Coorg is also famous for its spice plantations along with Coffee and Tea estates.
We will Chill in the intermittent rains, cold winds, warm ourselves close by the bonfire, and taste amazing Coorgie style food. And of course, sip that Coorg coffee umpteen number of times.
Next day we will visit Kushalnagar town of Coorg that is home to Elephant camp across the river Cauvery, take a dip in the Kaveri river, take a pit stop at peaceful Chiklihole reservoir, and visit Namdroling Monastery which is locally famous as Golden Temple.
Coorg is beautiful and peaceful. It’s a destination that cannot be missed. Are you up for it?

Took a second trip with Muddie Trails this weekend to Coorg n just like last time, has a great time, met some amazing people and saw beautiful places. The homestay was really nice n well maintained, located at a very peaceful spot. The entire trip went smoothly without any hassle. The trip lead Koshika was also quite helpful.
We went to Coorg with Kishore from Muddie Trails. He has been an awesome lead and made our travel super fun and smooth. From stay to arranging jeep rides and helping us get everything and go everywhere possible, Kishore and Muddie Trails were at their best. Kudos!
I went on my first trip with Muddie to Coorg and I must say it was worth it.
Trip lead(Kishore Gowda) was more of a group member and he melded all of the people really well with interactive bonfire and mafia game.
Homestay and meals were okayish.
