Itinerary of Heavenly Thailand Trip

Day 1 - Arrival in Phuket, Explore Phuket

Morning: Arrival at Phuket Airport by 11am. Meet our Trip Lead and Transfer to Phuket hotel at near Patong via private vehicle.

Afternoon: Check-in at Phuket Hotel (standard check-in time: 2:00 PM).

After check-in meet and greet with the other fellow travellers in the group

Evening: Free leisure time. (Optional: Visit to Phuket Fantasea Show: 1800 THB payable directly). Alternative: Our trip lead can suggest or take you interesting party places in Phuket.

Overnight: Stay in Phuket.

Day 2 - Travel from Phuket to Koh Phangan island & Full Moon Party

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel and Check out. We will be transferred to Koh Phangan island by Road and Ferry (Approximately 8-9 hours of scenic road + ferry journey).

Evening: Upon arrival at Koh Phangan island, we will be transferred to accommodation in Haad Rin, the island’s vibrant party hub. Check-in, rest, and prepare for an unforgettable night that you have been waiting for. Get ready with neon body paint and party all night.

Overnight: Yayy! The Full Moon Party it is…It takes place on Haad Rin Beach and starts around 9 PM, continuing until sunrise. It’s a beach party like no other with 30000+ people, featuring neon lights, music, fire shows, and a huge crowd of partygoers. Enjoy the lively atmosphere, dance, and make memories under the stars.

Day 3 - Koh Phangan Leisure Day

Morning/ Afternoon: If you were dancing with us until the sun came up, then you’ll probably need today to rest up and get some sleep. If you’re really hardcore, then you might still even be partying. Either way, today is yours to do as you please. Enjoy the calm after the storm in the pool, in bed, or head out with our trip leader to explore the very best of Koh Phangan on bikes (Optional: Bike rental cost is on you).

Evening: You can unwind in one of the beach bars or return to your accommodation for a peaceful night.
Overnight: Stay in Koh Phangan – in Shared Dormitory at a Fun Backpackers Hotel

Day 4 - Travel from Koh Phangan to Krabi

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Check out from hostel. We will travel to Krabi by ferry and road. The journey will take about approximately 6-7 hours in total.
Afternoon: Check in to Hotel in Krabi – Ao Nang (Standard check-in 2PM).

Evening: Free leisure time. Alternative: Our trip lead can suggest or take you interesting party places in Pattaya.

Optional Activities (By your own): Head to Ao Nang Beach, where you can spend some time relaxing by the water or engage in water activities like kayaking or paddleboarding. In the evening, explore the Ao Nang Night Market for local snacks and souvenirs. For a fun night out, we will go and explore the night life to party. After partying, return to your hotel for a good night’s rest.

Day 5 - Phi Phi Island Tour with Lunch

Morning/Afternoon: After an early breakfast, we will be heading for a day tour to Most famous Phi Phi Islands. The boat ride will take approximately 2 hours. The Phi Phi Islands are renowned for their stunning beaches, crystal-clear waters, and dramatic limestone cliffs. You’ll visit iconic spots like Maya Bay (made famous by the movie The Beach), Pileh Lagoon, and Viking Cave. Activities include snorkeling in vibrant coral reefs, swimming, and taking in the breathtaking natural beauty of the islands. A delicious Thai lunch will be provided on one of the islands, with plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy the surroundings. You’ll return to Phuket in the late afternoon.
Evening: Free leisure time. Alternative: Our trip lead can suggest or take you interesting party places in Krabi.

Overnight: Stay in Ao Nang, Krabi – In a Standard good quality hotel

Day 6 - Travel from Krabi to Phuket, Phuket City Tour & Departure

Morning: After an early breakfast, we check out from Krabi hotel. We will have a scenic 3-4 hours travel from Krabi to Phuket.
Afternoon: Take a tour of Phuket’s Old Town, known for its colorful Sino-Portuguese architecture, quaint cafes, and local art galleries. Afterward, we will visit the Big Buddha, one of Phuket’s most iconic landmarks. Perched on Nakkerd Hill, the 45-meter-tall statue offers panoramic views of the island and the Andaman Sea.
Evening: We will transfer you to Phuket International Airport in the evening, where you’ll catch your flight home, bringing with you unforgettable memories of your Thailand adventure.

It involves Backpackers hostels + 3 star hotel stays as per places in Itinerary.
It best suits for people who wish to socialize and prefer group travel.

Travel:

Trip starting/ending point: Phuket International Airport – Fixed pick up & drop timings
Internal travel will be by an AC bus, van, cab or ferry.

Timings:

Trip start time: Day 1, 11:45 AM
You can book onward flight to Bangkok based on the above timing.
Trip end time: Day 6, 07:00 PM
We will drop guests at Phuket Airport around 07 PM on Day 6.
You can book return flights after 9:00 PM

Thailand boasts great food choices. There are multiple food options available at all the places that put travelers in confusion. Pattaya and Bangkok has lot of Indian Restaurants. Our guide will take you to some of them during the trip.

There are 2 ways of booking this trip

> Booking amount of INR 15000 + taxes.
> Send screenshot to Booking Team on 9880539183. An e-mail confirmation will be sent after acknowledgement.
> Remaining trip amount shall be paid 1 month before trip start date.
> Booking amount is non-refundable if cancelled later or failed to pay balance amount on time.
Note: Within 1 month, ONLY full payment option is applicable.

Special Notes:

Travelers are expected to come with open heart by appreciating and respecting the local culture, following local laws/rules in Thailand.
No drugs or misbehaving with locals – Thai Police are very strict on these matters.

What documents are required to travel?

Documents Required:

Passport with at least 6 months validity

Visa – Visa on Arrival (Free for Indians currently until further notice)

Hotel booking confirmation – We will provide you before the trip
Covid vaccination certificate

What's next after booking your trip?

If the trip is confirmed:

A Whatsapp group shall be created on the trip day and Vehicle & Trip Leader details will be shared.
Live location of the vehicle will be sent in the group once it starts at the first point.

What if trip is still not confirmed because of less than 8 people signed up?

Our Booking Team will try to make the trip confirmed till the afternoon of trip day (usually Fridays).
If the trip is not confirmed by then, we will give other confirmed & available trip options.
Guests may either choose one of the available trips or opt for full refund.

Terms & Conditions

The itinerary is fixed. No special requests to change itinerary/schedule shall be entertained. Travelers are not allowed to advice/instruct the Organizers (Driver or Trip Leader or Operations Manager) to change the itinerary.
Cooperate with the Organizers in following the schedule set for the day (especially getting up and getting ready in the morning). This will ensure we won’t miss out places in itinerary.
Every traveler is responsible for his/her own safety. Do not indulge in any illegal or silly activity that causes harm to self or fellow travelers.
Do not go away from the group without taking permission from the Organizers.
Travelers are expected to respect each other and help one another. Avoid discussing sensitive matters like sex, politics, and religion/caste/race.
Using foul or abusive language, eve-teasing, arguing with fellow Travelers/Organizers/Locals, and/or involving in the physical assault will not be accepted and will stand a chance of being deserted by the group then and there.
Every traveler is expected to digitally fill & submit a liability/waiver form given by the Organizers before the trip. This liability form will discharge Muddie Trails of any unexpected incident like injury/death/theft etc.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Traveler

80% refund if a cancellation request is sent 30 days before the trip start date.
An email has to be sent to muddietrails@gmail.com to raise a cancellation request.
No refund within 30 days of the event start time whatever is the reason (Health, COVID, Accident, Family crisis, Office issue, or anything else).
No refund on the partial payment (advance/booking amount) done to block your seat for the trip.

Cancellation by Muddie Trails

Muddie Trails may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 5 travelers signed up for the trip.

What if we don’t get the minimum number of people for the trip?
We have 2 options in this case:
Option 1: Complete refund.
Option 2: Switch to any other long trip of the same dates or future dates. The difference amount will be collected from you or paid back according to the new trip cost.

Note: We do not recommend to book flight tickets until the trip is confirmed with atleast 5 travelers signed up.

Cancellation due to external factors

Muddie Trails may have to cancel the event in case of external factors that are beyond our control like Natural Disasters, Extreme Weather Conditions, Red Alerts, Political Disturbances, Bandh/Curfews, Local Issues, Road Blocks, Flight cancellations, Covid-19 or any other disease outbreaks etc.

In these scenarios:

No Refund is allowed.
100% trip amount can be used for future dates. The difference amount, if any, will be collected from you or paid back according to the new trip cost.
Once you confirm your participation on the new trip, all the above Cancellation policies will apply for the same.
