Itinerary of Heavenly Thailand Trip

Day 1 - Arrival in Phuket, Explore Phuket

Morning: Arrival at Phuket Airport by 11am. Meet our Trip Lead and Transfer to Phuket hotel at near Patong via private vehicle. You can book onward flight to Phuket with arrival time before 11.45 AM only. We will arrange 1 time pickup from Phuket Airport.
(PLEASE NOTE: We will strictly follow above timings for Airport pickup/drop. If you book flights at different timings, then you have to take a Taxi on your own. Same process will be followed for delayed flights also.)

Afternoon: Check-in at Phuket Hotel (standard check-in time: 2:00 PM).

After check-in meet and greet with the other fellow travellers in the group

Evening: Free leisure time – You can explore Patong Beach, Vibrant Bangla Road Night life. Alternative: Our trip lead can suggest or take you interesting party places in Phuket.

Overnight: Stay in Phuket.

Day 2 - Travel from Phuket to Koh Phangan island & Full Moon Party

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel and Check out. We will be transferred to Koh Phangan island by Road and Ferry (Approximately 8-9 hours of scenic road + ferry journey).

Evening: Upon arrival at Koh Phangan island, we will be transferred to accommodation near to Haad Rin, the island’s vibrant party hub. Check-in, rest, and prepare for an unforgettable night that you have been waiting for. Get ready with neon body paint and party all night. (SPECIAL NOTE: It’s Very hard to find accommodation at Koh Phangan Island on the Full Moon Party Day – We will provide the best possible Hostel/Hotel accommodation on this day. DO NOT Expect luxury!)

Overnight: Yayy! The Full Moon Party it is…It takes place on Haad Rin Beach and starts around 9 PM, continuing until sunrise. It’s a beach party like no other with 30000+ people, featuring neon lights, music, fire shows, and a huge crowd of partygoers. Enjoy the lively atmosphere, dance, and make memories under the stars.

Day 3 - Travel from Koh Phangan to Krabi

Late Morning (11Am~12PM): After a long night party, wake up with a Power Nap and Check out from hostel. We will travel to Krabi by ferry and road. The journey will take about approximately 6-7 hours in total.
Evening: Check in to Hotel in Krabi – Ao Nang (Standard check-in 2PM).

Post Evening: Free leisure time. Alternative: Our trip lead can suggest or take you interesting party places in Krabi.

Optional Activities (By your own): Head to Ao Nang Beach, where you can spend some time relaxing by the water or engage in water activities like kayaking or paddleboarding. In the evening, explore the Ao Nang Night Market for local snacks and souvenirs. For a fun night out, we will go and explore the night life to party. After partying, return to your hotel for a good night’s rest.

Overnight: Stay in Ao Nang, Krabi – In a Standard good quality hotel

Day 4 - Phi Phi Island Tour with Lunch on SIC Basis

Morning/Afternoon: After an early breakfast, we will be heading for a day tour to Most famous Phi Phi Islands. The boat ride will take approximately 2 hours. The Phi Phi Islands are renowned for their stunning beaches, crystal-clear waters, and dramatic limestone cliffs. You’ll visit iconic spots like Maya Bay (made famous by the movie The Beach), Pileh Lagoon, and Viking Cave. Activities include snorkeling in vibrant coral reefs, swimming, and taking in the breathtaking natural beauty of the islands. A delicious Thai lunch will be provided on one of the islands, with plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy the surroundings. You’ll return to Phuket in the late afternoon.
NOTE: Seat In Couch (SIC) basis.
We will be given a time by Boat organizers registered with Thailand Tourism Dept. We need to be ready and physically present by that time sharp.
They don’t wait. Imagine it’s like waiting for a Train. Train can’t wait for people but people need to wait for Train. People who miss to be on time will be left over from the tour.
Evening: Free leisure time. Alternative: Our trip lead can suggest or take you interesting party places in Krabi.
NOTE: If Phi Phi island tour gets cancelled due to bad weather or cyclones, we will be visiting other tours in Krabi such as Hot Springs, Emerald pool or whichever is available on that day.

Overnight: Stay in Ao Nang, Krabi – In a Standard good quality hotel

Day 5 - Travel from Krabi to Phuket, Phuket City Tour & Departure

Morning: After an early breakfast, we check out from Krabi hotel. We will have a scenic 3-4 hours travel from Krabi to Phuket.
Afternoon: Take a tour to Phuket – we will visit the Big Buddha, one of Phuket’s most iconic landmarks. Perched on Nakkerd Hill, the 45-meter-tall statue offers panoramic views of the island and the Andaman Sea.
Evening: We will transfer you to Phuket International Airport in the evening, where you’ll catch your flight home, bringing with you unforgettable memories of your Thailand adventure.
We will arrange 1 time drop at Phuket Airport around 6.30 – 07:00 PM on Day 5.
You can book return flights departing after 9:00 PM only. If you book flights at different timings, then you have to take a Taxi on your own. Same process will be followed for delayed flights also.

Travel:

Trip starting/ending point: Phuket International Airport – Fixed pick up & drop timings
Internal travel will be by an AC bus, van, cab or ferry.

Trip start time: Day-1, 11:45 AM. We will arrange 1 time pickup from Phuket Airport.

Thailand boasts great food choices. There are multiple food options available at all the places that put travelers in confusion. Phuket has lot of Indian Restaurants. Our guide will take you to some of them during the trip.

Special Notes:

Travelers are expected to come with open heart by appreciating and respecting the local culture, following local laws/rules in Thailand.
No drugs, No marijuanas (Cannibis/Weed) or misbehaving with locals – Thai Police are very strict on these matters.

What documents are required to travel?

What's next after booking your trip?

Organizers will get in touch with you, or vice versa.
Once minimum number of people book this trip (at least 4 members), Organizing team will give a green signal to book your flights.
A Whatsapp group will be created for all the registered folks 5 days before the event.

Terms & Conditions

The itinerary is fixed. No special requests to change itinerary/schedule shall be entertained. Travelers are not allowed to advice/instruct the Organizers (Driver or Trip Leader or Operations Manager) to change the itinerary.
Cooperate with the Organizers in following the schedule set for the day (especially getting up and getting ready in the morning). This will ensure we won’t miss out places in itinerary.
Every traveler is responsible for his/her own safety. Do not indulge in any illegal or silly activity that causes harm to self or fellow travelers.
Do not go away from the group without taking permission from the Organizers.
Travelers are expected to respect each other and help one another. Avoid discussing sensitive matters like sex, politics, and religion/caste/race.
Using foul or abusive language, eve-teasing, arguing with fellow Travelers/Organizers/Locals, and/or involving in the physical assault will not be accepted and will stand a chance of being deserted by the group then and there.
Every traveler is expected to digitally fill & submit a liability/waiver form given by the Organizers before the trip. This liability form will discharge Muddie Trails of any unexpected incident like injury/death/theft etc.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Traveler

80% refund if a cancellation request is sent 30 days before the trip start date.
An email has to be sent to muddietrails@gmail.com to raise a cancellation request.
No refund within 30 days of the event start time whatever is the reason (Health, COVID, Accident, Family crisis, Office issue, or anything else).
No refund on the partial payment (advance/booking amount) done to block your seat for the trip.

Cancellation by Muddie Trails

Muddie Trails may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 5 travelers signed up for the trip.

What if we don’t get the minimum number of people for the trip?
We have 2 options in this case:
Option 1: Complete refund.
Option 2: Switch to any other long trip of the same dates or future dates. The difference amount will be collected from you or paid back according to the new trip cost.

Note: We do not recommend to book flight tickets until the trip is confirmed with atleast 5 travelers signed up.

Cancellation due to external factors

Muddie Trails may have to cancel the event in case of external factors that are beyond our control like Natural Disasters, Extreme Weather Conditions, Red Alerts, Political Disturbances, Bandh/Curfews, Local Issues, Road Blocks, Flight cancellations, Covid-19 or any other disease outbreaks etc.

In these scenarios:

No Refund is allowed.
100% trip amount can be used for future dates. The difference amount, if any, will be collected from you or paid back according to the new trip cost.
Once you confirm your participation on the new trip, all the above Cancellation policies will apply for the same.
