Itinerary of Heavenly Thailand Trip

Day 1 - Arrival in KRABI

  • Arrival at Krabi Airport by 08:45PM. Meet our Trip Lead and Transfer to Krabi hotel at near Ao Nang via private vehicle. You can book onward flight to Krabi with arrival time before 08:45 PM only. We will arrange 1 time pickup from Krabi Airport.
  • (PLEASE NOTE: We will strictly follow above timings for Airport pickup/drop. If you book flights at different timings, then you have to take a Taxi on your own. Same process will be followed for delayed flights also.)
  • Night: Check-in at Krabi Hotel and Rest for the Night.
  • Overnight: Stay in Phuket.

 

Day 2 - Phi Phi Island Tour with Lunch on SIC Basis

  • Morning/Afternoon: After an early breakfast, we will be heading for a day tour to Most famous Phi Phi Islands. The boat ride will take approximately 2 hours. The Phi Phi Islands are renowned for their stunning beaches, crystal-clear waters, and dramatic limestone cliffs. You’ll visit iconic spots like Maya Bay (made famous by the movie The Beach), Pileh Lagoon, and Viking Cave. Activities include snorkeling in vibrant coral reefs, swimming, and taking in the breathtaking natural beauty of the islands. A delicious Thai lunch will be provided on one of the islands, with plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy the surroundings. You’ll return to Phuket in the late afternoon. 
  • NOTE: Seat In Couch (SIC) basis.
    We will be given a time by Boat organizers registered with Thailand Tourism Dept. We need to be ready and physically present by that time sharp.
    They don’t wait. Imagine it’s like waiting for a Train. Train can’t wait for people but people need to wait for Train. People who miss to be on time will be left over from the tour.
  • Evening: Free leisure time. Alternative: Our trip lead can suggest or take you interesting party places in Krabi. 
  • NOTE: If Phi Phi island tour gets cancelled due to bad weather or cyclones, we will be visiting other tours in Phuket.
  • Overnight: Stay in Krabi – In a Standard good quality hotel

Day 3 - Travel from Krabi to Koh Phangan island & Full Moon Party

  • Morning: Early Breakfast at the hotel and Check out. We will be transferred to Koh Phangan island by Road and Ferry (Approximately 6-7 hours of scenic road + ferry journey).
  • Overnight: Yayy!  The Full Moon Party it is…It takes place on Haad Rin Beach and starts around 9 PM, continuing until sunrise. It’s a beach party like no other with 30000+ people, featuring neon lights, music, fire shows, and a huge crowd of partygoers. Enjoy the lively atmosphere, dance, and make memories under the stars.
  • Stay in Koh Phangan – in Shared Dormitory at a Fun Backpackers Hotel
  • Evening: Upon arrival at Koh Phangan island, we will be transferred to accommodation near to Haad Rin, the island’s vibrant party hub. Check-in, rest, and prepare for an unforgettable night that you have been waiting for. Get ready with neon body paint and party all night. (SPECIAL NOTE: It’s Very hard to find accommodation at Koh Phangan Island on the Full Moon Party Day – We will provide the best possible Hostel/Hotel accommodation on this day. DO NOT Expect luxury!)

Day 4 - Travel from Koh Phangan to Phuket

  • Late Morning (11Am~12PM):  After a long night party, wake up with a Power Nap and Check out from hostel. We will travel to Phuket by ferry and road. The journey will take about approximately 8-9 hours in total.
  • Evening: Check in to Hotel in Phuket– Patong.
  • Free Liesure Time to explore by walk: Phuket Patong Beach, Bangla Walking Street, Night Life.
  • Overnight: Stay in Phuket – In a Standard good quality hotel

Day 5 - Phuket City tour & Stay

  • Start the day with Breakfast buffet.  
  • Phuket City Tour – Visit the serene Wat Chalong Temple, enjoy panoramic views from Karon Viewpoint, and explore the colorful streets of Old Phuket Town.
  • Get back to Phuket Hotel by early evening.
  • Last night in Thailand: We can explore markets and do final shopping and experience nightlife.
  • Overnight Stay in Phuket hotel.

Day 6: Check out & Transfer to Phuket Airport

  • Morning: After Breakfast, we will check out from our hotel and get dropped at Phuket International Airport for our return flight to India.
  • We will arrange 1 time drop at Phuket Airport around 8:30AM.
  • You can book return flights departing after 10:30 AM only. If you book flights at different timings, then you have to take a Taxi on your own. Same process will be followed for delayed/preponed flights also.

There are 2 ways of booking this trip

    > Booking amount of  INR 24999 + taxes.

    > Remaining trip amount shall be paid 1 month before trip start date.
    > Booking amount is non-refundable if cancelled later or failed to pay balance amount on time.
  • Note: Within 1 month, ONLY full payment option is applicable.
Special Notes:
  • Culture: Travelers are expected to come with open heart by appreciating and respecting the local culture, following local laws/rules in Thailand.
  • Legal: No drugs, no marijuanas (Cannibis/Weed) in public places, no illegal activities, no misbehaving with locals – Thai Police are very strict on these matters.
  • Punctuality: The timelines for different tours in the Thailand itinerary are stringent. Our Operations Manager / Trip Leader / Tour guide will inform timings for different activities during the trip. It’s very important to follow the instructions and adhere to timings. Note that these tours & activities involve foreigners also, who respect each others time, and hence they may leave us and continue if we delay.
  • Hotel Security Deposit: As per local regulations in Thailand, certain hotels may require guests to provide a refundable security deposit or submit their passport at the time of check-in. The deposit/passport will be returned in full at the time of check-out, subject to no damage or loss caused to the hotel.

What documents are required to travel?

Documents Required:

  1. Passport with at least 6 months validity

  3. Visa – Visa on Arrival (Free for Indians currently until further notice)
  4. Return Flight Ticket
  5. Hotel booking confirmation – We will provide you before the trip
  6. Covid vaccination certificate

What's next after booking your trip?

  • Organizers will get in touch with you, or vice versa.
  • Once minimum number of people book this trip (at least 4 members), Organizing team will give a green signal to book your flights.
  • A Whatsapp group will be created for all the registered folks 5 days before the event.

Terms & Conditions

  • The itinerary is fixed. No special requests to change itinerary/schedule shall be entertained. Travelers are not allowed to advice/instruct the Organizers (Driver or Trip Leader or Operations Manager) to change the itinerary.
  • Cooperate with the Organizers in following the schedule set for the day (especially getting up and getting ready in the morning). This will ensure we won’t miss out places in itinerary.
  • Every traveler is responsible for his/her own safety. Do not indulge in any illegal or silly activity that causes harm to self or fellow travelers.
  • Do not go away from the group without taking permission from the Organizers.
  • Travelers are expected to respect each other and help one another. Avoid discussing sensitive matters like sex, politics, and religion/caste/race.
  • Using foul or abusive language, eve-teasing, arguing with fellow Travelers/Organizers/Locals, and/or involving in the physical assault will not be accepted and will stand a chance of being deserted by the group then and there.
  • Every traveler is expected to digitally fill & submit a liability/waiver form given by the Organizers before the trip. This liability form will discharge Muddie Trails of any unexpected incident like injury/death/theft etc.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Traveler

  • 80% refund if a cancellation request is sent 30 days before the trip start date.
  • No refund on the flights booked with us.
  • An email has to be sent to muddietrails@gmail.com to raise a cancellation request.
  • No refund within 30 days of the event start time whatever is the reason (Health, COVID, Accident, Family crisis, Office issue, or anything else).
  • No refund on the partial payment (advance/booking amount) done to block your seat for the trip.

Cancellation by Muddie Trails

Muddie Trails may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 5 travelers signed up for the trip.

What if we don’t get the minimum number of people for the trip?
We have 2 options in this case:
Option 1: Complete refund.
Option 2: Switch to any other long trip of the same dates or future dates. The difference amount will be collected from you or paid back according to the new trip cost.

Note: We do not recommend to book flight tickets until the trip is confirmed with atleast 5 travelers signed up.

Cancellation due to external factors

Muddie Trails may have to cancel the event in case of external factors that are beyond our control like Natural Disasters, Extreme Weather Conditions, Red Alerts, Political Disturbances, Bandh/Curfews, Local Issues, Road Blocks, Flight cancellations, Covid-19 or any other disease outbreaks etc.

In these scenarios:

  • No Refund is allowed.
  • 100% trip amount can be used for future dates. The difference amount, if any, will be collected from you or paid back according to the new trip cost.
  • Once you confirm your participation on the new trip, all the above Cancellation policies will apply for the same.

Our Thailand trip with Muddietrails from Nov 19 to 23, 2025 was an incredible experience from start to finish! The entire tour was exceptionally well-planned and delivered exactly what was promised — and even more.

1. Comfortable Stays:
We were provided with 4-star hotels, all clean, comfortable, and centrally located. Having Indian breakfast every morning was a huge plus and made us feel right at home.

2. Hassle-free Inclusions:
Every major entry fee was already included, which made the trip smooth and stress-free. No hidden costs, no hassles — just pure enjoyment.

3. Smooth Transportation:
All travel was arranged in an AC Toyota Commuter (9/10 seater) which was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for group. The long journeys felt easy and relaxed.
