Itinerary of Heavenly Thailand Trip

Day 1 - Arrival at Bangkok, Tiger Topia Breakfast, Pattaya Alcazar Show.

Pickup from DMK Airport and transfer to Pattaya.
Tiger Topia Visit: Get up close with majestic tigers in a wildlife park that offers safe, exciting photo ops (Optional) along with a refreshing Breakfast. (Only breakfast included, Entry ticket for Tiger not included)
Check-in at hotel (standard check-in time for all Thailand hotels is 2:00 PM).
Free leisure time in Pattaya – we will take a relaxing stroll on Pattaya Beach, Beach Road and experience the Vibrant Nightlife of World Famous Walking Street.
Evening – Alcazar Cabaret Show: A glitzy evening filled with spectacular costumes, dance performances, and world-class cabaret in the heart of Pattaya.
Overnight stay in Pattaya.

Day 2 - Coral Island Tour on SIC Basis and Pattaya Night Life

Breakfast at the hotel.
Coral Island Tour on SIC basis (Koh Larn): Escape to powdery white beaches and turquoise waters. Unwind or try exciting water sports like parasailing and banana boating. Includes lunch on the island.
NOTE: Seat In Couch (SIC) basis.
We will be given a time by Boat organizers registered with Thailand Tourism Dept. We need to be ready and physically present by that time sharp.
They don’t wait. Imagine it’s like waiting for a Train. Train can’t wait for people but people need to wait for Train. People who miss to be on time will be left over from this tour.
NOTE: If Coral island tour gets cancelled due to bad weather or cyclones (very rare scenario), we will be arranging alternate tour in Pattaya whichever is available on that day.
Evening leisure time to explore Pattaya Nightlife. You may try Thai local dishes and explore local streets (Our Operations team can suggest places).

Day 3 - Pattaya City Tour (5 handpicked & unique places)

We will go on a Pattaya City Tour with following 5 places.

Day 4 - Transfer to Bangkok, Wat Arun, China Town, Asiatique Riverfront

Early Breakfast and check-out from the hotel.
Transfer from Pattaya to Bangkok and visit following attractions.
Wat Arun: A majestic “Temple of Dawn” featuring intricate porcelain mosaics that sparkle brilliantly along the banks of the Chao Phraya River.
China Town: A busy daytime market filled with narrow alleys, bulk wholesale shops, and the smell of traditional spices & incense.
Asiatique Riverfront: A charming open-air mall that blends vintage colonial architecture with modern shopping, dining, and a giant ferris wheel.

Day 5 - Bangkok City Tour and Transfer to Bangkok Airport, FLIGHT to KRABI

Have Breakfast, pack your bags, check-out of the Bangkok hotel.
Give a visit to 2 colorful temples of Bangkok City – Golden Buddha temple (Wat Traimit) and Mini Reclining Buddha Temple.
We will end the trip on a high with the most famous ICON Siam Mall of Thailand on the banks of the Chayo Praya River.
Evening drop at DMK Airport for your Krabi flight.
Arrival at Krabi Airport by night. Transfer to Krabi hotel at near Ao Nang via private vehicle.
Night: Check-in at Krabi Hotel and Rest for the Night.

Day 6 - Phi Phi Island Tour with Lunch on SIC Basis

Morning/Afternoon: After an early breakfast, we will be heading for a day tour to Most famous Phi Phi Islands. The boat ride will take approximately 2 hours. The Phi Phi Islands are renowned for their stunning beaches, crystal-clear waters, and dramatic limestone cliffs. You’ll visit iconic spots like Maya Bay (made famous by the movie The Beach), Pileh Lagoon, and Viking Cave. Activities include snorkeling in vibrant coral reefs, swimming, and taking in the breathtaking natural beauty of the islands. A delicious Thai lunch will be provided on one of the islands, with plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy the surroundings. You’ll return to Phuket in the late afternoon.

Day 7 - Travel from Krabi to Koh Phangan island & Full Moon Party

Morning: Early Breakfast at the hotel and Check out. We will be transferred to Koh Phangan island by Road and Ferry (Approximately 6-7 hours of scenic road + ferry journey).
Overnight: Yayy! The Full Moon Party it is…It takes place on Haad Rin Beach and starts around 9 PM, continuing until sunrise. It’s a beach party like no other with 30000+ people, featuring neon lights, music, fire shows, and a huge crowd of partygoers. Enjoy the lively atmosphere, dance, and make memories under the stars.
Stay in Koh Phangan – in Shared Dormitory at a Fun Backpackers Hotel
Evening: Upon arrival at Koh Phangan island, we will be transferred to accommodation near to Haad Rin, the island’s vibrant party hub. Check-in, rest, and prepare for an unforgettable night that you have been waiting for. Get ready with neon body paint and party all night. (SPECIAL NOTE: It’s Very hard to find accommodation at Koh Phangan Island on the Full Moon Party Day – We will provide the best possible Hostel/Hotel accommodation on this day. DO NOT Expect luxury!)

Day 8 - Travel from Koh Phangan to Phuket

Late Morning (11Am~12PM): After a long night party, wake up with a Power Nap and Check out from hostel. We will travel to Phuket by ferry and road. The journey will take about approximately 8-9 hours in total.
Evening: Check in to Hotel in Phuket– Patong.
Free Liesure Time to explore by walk: Phuket Patong Beach, Bangla Walking Street, Night Life.
Overnight: Stay in Phuket – In a Standard good quality hotel

Day 9 - Phuket City tour & Stay

Start the day with Breakfast buffet.
Phuket City Tour – Visit the serene Wat Chalong Temple, enjoy panoramic views from Karon Viewpoint, and explore the colorful streets of Old Phuket Town.
Get back to Phuket Hotel by early evening.
Last night in Thailand: We can explore markets and do final shopping and experience nightlife.

Day 10: Check out & Transfer to Phuket Airport, Flyback to India!

Morning: After Breakfast, we will check out from our hotel and get dropped at Phuket International Airport for our return flight to India.
We will arrange 1 time drop at Phuket Airport to catch your return flight to India.

Trip starting point: India (as per your Airport). Onward Flight from your city to Bangkok is included.

Special Notes:

Culture: Travelers are expected to come with open heart by appreciating and respecting the local culture, following local laws/rules in Thailand.
Legal: No drugs, no marijuanas (Cannabis/Weed) in public places, no illegal activities, no misbehaving with locals – Thai Police are very strict on these matters.
Punctuality: The timelines for different tours in the Thailand itinerary are stringent. Our Operations Manager / Trip Leader / Tour guide will inform timings for different activities during the trip. It’s very important to follow the instructions and adhere to timings. Note that these tours & activities involve foreigners also, who respect each others time, and hence they may leave us and continue if we delay.
Hotel Security Deposit: As per local regulations in Thailand, certain hotels may require guests to provide a refundable security deposit or submit their passport at the time of check-in. The deposit/passport will be returned in full at the time of check-out, subject to no damage or loss caused to the hotel.

What's next after booking your trip?

Organizers will get in touch with you, or vice versa.
Once minimum number of people book this trip (at least 4 members), Organizing team will give a green signal to book your flights.
A Whatsapp group will be created for all the registered folks 5 days before the event.

Terms & Conditions

The itinerary is fixed. No special requests to change itinerary/schedule shall be entertained. Travelers are not allowed to advice/instruct the Organizers (Driver or Trip Leader or Operations Manager) to change the itinerary.
Cooperate with the Organizers in following the schedule set for the day (especially getting up and getting ready in the morning). This will ensure we won’t miss out places in itinerary.
Every traveler is responsible for his/her own safety. Do not indulge in any illegal or silly activity that causes harm to self or fellow travelers.
Do not go away from the group without taking permission from the Organizers.
Travelers are expected to respect each other and help one another. Avoid discussing sensitive matters like sex, politics, and religion/caste/race.
Using foul or abusive language, eve-teasing, arguing with fellow Travelers/Organizers/Locals, and/or involving in the physical assault will not be accepted and will stand a chance of being deserted by the group then and there.
Every traveler is expected to digitally fill & submit a liability/waiver form given by the Organizers before the trip. This liability form will discharge Muddie Trails of any unexpected incident like injury/death/theft etc.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Traveler

80% refund if a cancellation request is sent 30 days before the trip start date.
No refund on the flights booked with us.
An email has to be sent to muddietrails@gmail.com to raise a cancellation request.
No refund within 30 days of the event start time whatever is the reason (Health, COVID, Accident, Family crisis, Office issue, or anything else).
No refund on the partial payment (advance/booking amount) done to block your seat for the trip.

Cancellation by Muddie Trails

Muddie Trails may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 5 travelers signed up for the trip.

What if we don’t get the minimum number of people for the trip?
We have 2 options in this case:
Option 1: Complete refund.
Option 2: Switch to any other long trip of the same dates or future dates. The difference amount will be collected from you or paid back according to the new trip cost.

Note: We do not recommend to book flight tickets until the trip is confirmed with atleast 5 travelers signed up.

Cancellation due to external factors

Muddie Trails may have to cancel the event in case of external factors that are beyond our control like Natural Disasters, Extreme Weather Conditions, Red Alerts, Political Disturbances, Bandh/Curfews, Local Issues, Road Blocks, Flight cancellations, Covid-19 or any other disease outbreaks etc.

In these scenarios:

No Refund is allowed.
100% trip amount can be used for future dates. The difference amount, if any, will be collected from you or paid back according to the new trip cost.
Once you confirm your participation on the new trip, all the above Cancellation policies will apply for the same.

Yes! Entry to the legendary Full Moon Party on Koh Phangan is included in the trip cost.

What are the internal travel arrangements?

All internal transfers are via private AC vehicles in Thailand and public ferries between islands. Fixed pickup and drop timings are followed strictly in this community/group trip.
Onward & Return flights from India (your city) to Thailand are included in this package.
Internal Flight from Bangkok to Krabi is also included in the package.

What are the visa requirements for Thailand?

Thailand currently offers visa-free entry for Indian travelers for short stays. Travelers must carry valid passports with at least 6 months validity.
