Overview

Sri Revanna Siddeshwara Betta is commonly called SRS Betta / SRS Hills by the locals. It consists of a massive Monolithic Stone surrounded by a beautiful hilly region and located at the scenic location of Ramanagara. SRS Hills is a popular hill among devotees and trekkers with its breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding hills and water bodies. Situated at an altitude of 3,066 feet, Sri Revanna Siddeshwara Betta is famed for its arduous rock climbing spots and the Shiva temple. There are 3 temples on the hill, Renukamba temple at the base, Bemeshwari Temple at midway, and Revana Siddeshwara temple at the top. This elegant cave temple of Lord Siddeshwara is snuggled on the notch of a monolithic stone hill and is surrounded by the trails of natural wonders.

TREK:

One needs to climb around 300 steps to reach the top from the base of the hill. The climbing was not difficult since steps were carved and covered with a sheet on the top with grills around. It will take 45 minutes to reach the hilltop. From the top, one can get the panoramic view of surrounding villages, a beautiful lake, and farms.

NOTE: As it is a holy place, one has to climb barefoot.
