Itinerary of Amazing Vietnam Trip

DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL

Arrival at Hanoi Airport by as per your flight time. We will arrange 1 time pickup from Hanoi Airport.
Get transferred to the hotel in the city center’s old quarter for check-in and rest.
Can keep our luggage at Hotel Lobby and explore nearby areas (on your own). Check-in time of all Hotels is 2 PM.
You will have free time this day to travel around and enjoy the scene in Hanoi (at your own expense). Join Our Trip Lead and explore following places:
– The Old Quarter with Dong Xuan Market, The Egg Coffee, and the walking street in the central lake.
– Famous Train Street to experience when the train passes by in the near distance.
– Enjoy the nightlife in Hanoi with Ta Hien Beer Street, night market.

DAY 2: HANOI – HALONG BAY 6 HOURS ON LUXURY - DAY CRUISE TRIP

Start the day with Breakfast in the hotel.
8:15: Our Halong Bay guide will pick you up nearby hotel.
12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, get on the boat to start the excursion, discover the beauty of the world heritage site.
12:30: Enjoy lunch on the boat with many special dishes of Halong. While having lunch,
you can all see the beautiful scenery on both sides with thousands of limestone formations such as Fighting Chicken and Incense Burner Islets – 2 symbols of Halong
Bay.
14.00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island, and we will visit Sung Sot Cave – the most beautiful cave with a lot of stalagmites and stalactites.
14.45: Do kayaking or bamboo boating through Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon.
15.15: Visit TiTop Island with its sandy beach. We can go swimming here or trek up to the top of the island for sightseeing of Halong Bay.
16.00: Back to the boat for the sunset party (some wine, fruits, and biscuits), meanwhile, the boat is cruising back to the harbor.
17.45: Arrive back at the harbor. Get back on the bus and return to Hanoi.
20:30: Get dropped off near the hotel.

DAY 3 : HANOI - NINH BINH – HOA LU - TRANG AN - DAY TRIP

07.00-08.00: Our Ninh Binh tour guide and driver will pick us up at our hotel in Old Quarter. Sometimes, if our hotel is outside the Old Quarter area, the meet-up point will be at the Hanoi Opera House. From there, we will travel by air-conditioned bus to Ninh Binh, where we will spend the day exploring the highlights of the region.
10.30: Cycling to Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam during the Dinh and Le dynasties. Here, we will have the opportunity to visit the temples of the Dinh and
Le kings and learn about the history and culture of the region.
12.00: Enjoy lunch at our restaurant with great local cuisine.
13.30: Departing to visit Trang An attraction with majestic limestone cliffs, mysterious yet inviting caves, and deserted green fields. Take a boat trip to visit the cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, and Nau Ruou in around 2.5 hours.
16.30: Get back on the bus and going back to Ha Noi.
19.00: Arrive at our hotel in Hanoi.

DAY 4: HANOI DEPARTURE

Vietnam boasts great food choices. There are multiple food options available at all the places that put travelers in confusion. Vietnam has lot of Indian Restaurants. Our Operations Manager will suggest you to some of them during the trip.

Special Notes:

Culture: Travelers are expected to come with open heart by appreciating and respecting the local culture, following local laws/rules in Vietnam.
Legal: No drugs, no marijuanas (Cannibis/Weed), no illegal activities, no misbehaving with locals – Vietnam Police are very strict on these matters.
Punctuality: The timelines for different tours in the Vietnam itinerary are stringent. Our Operations Manager / Tour guide will inform timings for different activities during the trip. It’s very important to follow the instructions and adhere to timings. Note that these tours & activities involve foreigners also, who respect each others time, and hence they may leave us and continue if we delay.
Hotel Security Deposit: As per local regulations in Vietnam, certain hotels may require guests to provide a refundable security deposit or submit their passport at the time of check-in. The deposit/passport will be returned in full at the time of check-out, subject to no damage or loss caused to the hotel.

The itinerary of the event is fixed. No special requests to change itinerary/schedule shall be entertained.
Guests are expected to respect and follow the instructions of both the Driver and the Operations Manager to ensure a safe, timely, and smooth execution of the planned itinerary.
Each guest is responsible for their own safety and well-being throughout the trip. We strongly advise against engaging in any illegal, irresponsible, or careless behavior that could potentially cause harm to themselves, fellow travelers, or local communities.
Consumption of alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited during the journey and all outdoor activities. Guests may indulge in alcohol/smoking moderately and responsibly at the stay during night hours, ensuring it does not disturb others or affect the trip experience.
The use of foul or abusive language, issuing threats, or engaging in any form of physical assault is strictly prohibited. Such behavior may lead to immediate action, including the possibility of filing a formal complaint with local Police Station.
Unexpected situations like bad weather, landslides, wildlife activity, traffic delays, or sudden site closures by authorities may impact the planned itinerary. In most cases, if time permits, our Operations Manager will suggest alternate options. However, in some cases, no alternatives may be available. No refunds will be provided in such scenarios, as these are beyond our control.
All travel and accommodation arrangements are non-AC by default across our Private trips. The specific differences between Standard and Deluxe packages are clearly outlined in the Stay section of each event.
All guests are required to digitally sign a liability waiver provided by the Operations Manager prior to the trip, along with uploading any necessary ID proofs required for permits. This waiver releases Muddie Trails from any legal responsibility in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as injury, loss, theft, or death during the course of the trip.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Guests

80% refund if a cancellation request is sent 30 days before the trip start date.
50% refund if a cancellation request is sent between 30 to 15 days before the trip start date.
An email has to be sent to muddietrails@gmail.com to raise a cancellation request.
No refund within 15 days of the event start time whatever is the reason (Health, COVID, Accident, Family crisis, Office issue, or anything else).
No refund during/after the event.
No refund on the partial payment (advance) done to block your seat for the trip.

Cancellation due to external factors

If the event has to be cancelled due to external factors that are beyond our control like – Natural Disasters, Extreme Weather Conditions, Red Alerts, Political Disturbances, War, Bandh/Curfews, Local Issues, Covid-19 or any other disease outbreaks etc..

In such scenarios:

No Refund is applicable.
100% trip amount can be used for future dates.
