Itinerary of Thailand Trip

Day 1 - Bangkok to Pattaya, Explore Pattaya and Night Life

Pickup from DMK Airport and transfer to Pattaya.
Tiger Topia Visit: Get up close with majestic tigers in a wildlife park that offers safe, exciting photo ops along with a refreshing breakfast. (Only breakfast included, Entry ticket not included)
Check-in at hotel (standard check-in time: 2:00 PM).
Free leisure time in Pattaya – we will take a relaxing stroll on Pattaya Beach, Beach Road and experience the Vibrant Nightlife of World Famous Walking Street.
Evening – Alcazar Cabaret Show: A glitzy evening filled with spectacular costumes, dance performances, and world-class cabaret in the heart of Pattaya.
Overnight stay in Pattaya.

Day 2 - Coral Island Tour on SIC Basis and Pattaya Night Life

Breakfast at the hotel.
Coral Island Tour on SIC basis (Koh Larn): Escape to powdery white beaches and turquoise waters. Unwind or try exciting water sports like parasailing and banana boating. Includes lunch on the island.
NOTE: Seat In Couch (SIC) basis.
We will be given a time by Boat organizers registered with Thailand Tourism Dept. We need to be ready and physically present by that time sharp.
They don’t wait. Imagine it’s like waiting for a Train. Train can’t wait for people but people need to wait for Train. People who miss to be on time will be left over from the tour.
NOTE: If Coral island tour gets cancelled due to bad weather or cyclones, we will be visiting other tours in Pattaya such or whichever is available on that day.
Evening leisure time to explore Pattaya Nightlife. We will try Thai local dishes and explore local streets.

Day 3 - Pattaya City Tour

Fixed pick up & drop timings.
The trip is from Bangkok – DMK Airport (Don Mueang).
If the flight is provided or booked by you to BKK Airport (Suvarnabhumi), there will be additional charge of INR 1,000 per person.
Internal travel will be by an AC bus, van, cab.

Timings:

Trip start time: Day 1, 8 AM
Trip end time: Day 5, 4 PM
We will drop around 04 PM – 4:30 PM on Day 5.

Special Notes:

Culture: Travelers are expected to come with open heart by appreciating and respecting the local culture, following local laws/rules in Thailand.
Legal: No drugs, no marijuanas (Cannibis/Weed) in public places, no illegal activities, no misbehaving with locals – Thai Police are very strict on these matters.
Punctuality: The timelines for different tours in the Thailand itinerary are stringent. Our Operations Manager / Trip Leader / Tour guide will inform timings for different activities during the trip. It’s very important to follow the instructions and adhere to timings. Note that these tours & activities involve foreigners also, who respect each others time, and hence they may leave us and continue if we delay.
Hotel Security Deposit: As per local regulations in Thailand, certain hotels may require guests to provide a refundable security deposit or submit their passport at the time of check-in. The deposit/passport will be returned in full at the time of check-out, subject to no damage or loss caused to the hotel.

What's next after booking your trip?

Organizers will get in touch with you, or vice versa.
Once minimum number of people book this trip (at least 4 members), Organizing team will give a green signal to book your flights.
A Whatsapp group will be created for all the registered folks 5 days before the event.

Terms & Conditions

The itinerary is fixed. No special requests to change itinerary/schedule shall be entertained. Travelers are not allowed to advice/instruct the Organizers (Driver or Trip Leader or Operations Manager) to change the itinerary.
Cooperate with the Organizers in following the schedule set for the day (especially getting up and getting ready in the morning). This will ensure we won’t miss out places in itinerary.
Every traveler is responsible for his/her own safety. Do not indulge in any illegal or silly activity that causes harm to self or fellow travelers.
Do not go away from the group without taking permission from the Organizers.
Travelers are expected to respect each other and help one another. Avoid discussing sensitive matters like sex, politics, and religion/caste/race.
Using foul or abusive language, eve-teasing, arguing with fellow Travelers/Organizers/Locals, and/or involving in the physical assault will not be accepted and will stand a chance of being deserted by the group then and there.
Every traveler is expected to digitally fill & submit a liability/waiver form given by the Organizers before the trip. This liability form will discharge Muddie Trails of any unexpected incident like injury/death/theft etc.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Traveler

80% refund if a cancellation request is sent 30 days before the trip start date.
An email has to be sent to muddietrails@gmail.com to raise a cancellation request.
No refund within 30 days of the event start time whatever is the reason (Health, COVID, Accident, Family crisis, Office issue, or anything else).
No refund on the partial payment (advance/booking amount) done to block your seat for the trip.

Cancellation by Muddie Trails

Muddie Trails may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 5 travelers signed up for the trip.

What if we don’t get the minimum number of people for the trip?
We have 2 options in this case:
Option 1: Complete refund.
Option 2: Switch to any other long trip of the same dates or future dates. The difference amount will be collected from you or paid back according to the new trip cost.

Note: We do not recommend to book flight tickets until the trip is confirmed with atleast 5 travelers signed up.

Cancellation due to external factors

Muddie Trails may have to cancel the event in case of external factors that are beyond our control like Natural Disasters, Extreme Weather Conditions, Red Alerts, Political Disturbances, Bandh/Curfews, Local Issues, Road Blocks, Flight cancellations, Covid-19 or any other disease outbreaks etc.

In these scenarios:

No Refund is allowed.
100% trip amount can be used for future dates. The difference amount, if any, will be collected from you or paid back according to the new trip cost.
Once you confirm your participation on the new trip, all the above Cancellation policies will apply for the same.
