Itinerary of Amazing Vietnam Trip

DAY 1: HA NOI ARRIVAL

Arrival at Hanoi Airport by 08:45AM. We will arrange 1 time pickup from Hanoi Airport.
(PLEASE NOTE: We will strictly follow above timings for Airport pickup/drop. If you book flights at different timings, then you have to take a Taxi on your own. Same process will be followed for delayed flights also.)
We will get transfered to the hotel in the city center’s old quarter for check-in and rest.
Can keep our luggage at Hotel Lobby and explore nearby areas (on your own). Check-in time of all Hotels is 2 PM.
You will have free time this day to travel around and enjoy the scene in Hanoi (at your own expense). Following places are recommended:
– The Old Quarter with Dong Xuan Market, The Egg Coffee, and the walking street in the central lake.
– Famous train street to experience when the train passes by in the near distance.
– Enjoy the nightlife in Hanoi with Ta Hien Beer Street, night market.

DAY 2: HANOI – HALONG BAY 6 HOURS ON LUXURY DAY CRUISE

Start the day with Breakfast in the hotel.
8:15: Our driver will pick us up.
12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, get on the boat to start the excursion, discover the beauty of the world heritage site.
12:30: Enjoy lunch on the boat with many special dishes of Halong. While having lunch,
you can all see the beautiful scenery on both sides with thousands of limestone formations such as Fighting Chicken and Incense Burner Islets – 2 symbols of Halong
Bay.
14.00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island, and we will visit Sung Sot Cave – the most beautiful cave with a lot of stalagmites and stalactites.
14.45: Do kayaking or bamboo boating through Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon.
15.15: Visit TiTop Island with its sandy beach. We can go swimming here or trek up to the top of the island for sightseeing of Halong Bay.
16.00: Back to the boat for the sunset party (some wine, fruits, and biscuits), meanwhile, the boat is cruising back to the harbor.
17.45: Arrive back at the harbor. Get back on the bus and return to Hanoi.
20:30: Get dropped off at the hotel.

DAY 3 : NINH BINH – HOA LU - TRANG AN

07.00-08.00: Our tour guide and driver will pick us up at our hotel in Old Quarter. Sometimes, if our hotel is outside the Old Quarter area, the meet-up point will be at the Hanoi Opera House. From there, we will travel by air-conditioned bus to Ninh Binh, where we will spend the day exploring the highlights of the region.
10.30: Cycling to Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam during the Dinh and Le dynasties. Here, we will have the opportunity to visit the temples of the Dinh and
Le kings and learn about the history and culture of the region.
12.00: We will enjoy lunch at our restaurant with great local cuisine.
13.30: Departing to visit Trang An attraction with majestic limestone cliffs, mysterious yet inviting caves, and deserted green fields. Take a boat trip to visit the cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, and Nau Ruou in around 2.5 hours.
16.30: Get back on the bus and going back to Ha Noi.
19.00: Arrive at our hotel in Hanoi.

DAY 4: HANOI TO DA NANG FLIGHT ; COCONUT FOREST – MARBLE MOUNTAIN – HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN – DA NANG

Have breakfast at our hotel and check out.
We will get picked up from the hotel 2.5 hours before flight time, get dropped at Hanoi Airport for a flight to Da Nang city. Upon arrival in Da Nang city, our Driver will pick and drop us to hotel in Da Nang. Check in and relax. Check-in time: 14:00.
We will pick you up at the hotel, and start visiting the Non Nuoc Village at the
foot of Marble Mountains. The village is famous for stone sculptures and handicrafts.
Here you can admire many works of art made from stone and marble by the local
artists.
Head to Coconut Forest in Cam Thanh, Hoi An. Visiting Coconut Forest first – the place is poetic with green pure water and eco-system of coconut trees in the forest. We will experience basket boat riding around the coconut forest, learn about the daily life of Vietnamese fishermen, local people’s life. While enjoying the basket boat ride, we will join some activities with boatman. Watching magical basket boat riding showed by boatman, experiencing an equally fun basket boat race and seeing how traditionally throwing fishing net, which will give us a wonderful experience.
We will go to Hoi An ancient town. In the town, we will have a chance to have a
flashback of the old city of Viet Nam. We will walk around and visit the ancient houses,
ancient assembly halls, and the symbol of Hoi An – Japanese Bridge.

DAY 5: DANANG – BANA HILLS – GOLDEN BRIDGE – FANTASY PARK

07.30: Meet our guide and driver to head to Ba Na Hills. Take a Cable Car ride
from Ba Na Hills station, stop at By Night station to visit Vong Nguyet hills, Linh Ung
pagoda, The Old Villas of French. Continue moving up by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain – the top of Ba Na range, visiting Nghinh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden.
Experience hill climbing train (first and unique funicular in Vietnam) and visit an
old French cellar (Debay Ancient Wine Cellar), flower garden Le Jardin D’amour. We should not miss walking on the famous Golden Bridge hanging in the foggy hills of the mountain, witnessing the amazing and gorgeous view of DA NANG City.
Have lunch at a restaurant on Ba Na Hills.
Afternoon: Free for joining games in Fantasy Park – the third biggest indoor games
zone in Vietnam with a series of interesting games: 4 – 5D film, skiver, The death
race, dinosaur park.

Internal travel will be by an AC bus, van, cab or ferry.

Timings:

Vietnam boasts great food choices. There are multiple food options available at all the places that put travelers in confusion. Vietnam has lot of Indian Restaurants. Our Operations Manager will suggest you to some of them during the trip.

What's next after booking your trip?

Organizers will get in touch with you, or vice versa.
Once minimum number of people book this trip (at least 4 members), Organizing team will give a green signal to book your flights.
A Whatsapp group will be created for all the registered folks 5 days before the event.

Terms & Conditions

The itinerary is fixed. No special requests to change itinerary/schedule shall be entertained. Travelers are not allowed to advice/instruct the Organizers (Driver or Trip Leader or Operations Manager) to change the itinerary.
Cooperate with the Organizers in following the schedule set for the day (especially getting up and getting ready in the morning). This will ensure we won’t miss out places in itinerary.
Every traveler is responsible for his/her own safety. Do not indulge in any illegal or silly activity that causes harm to self or fellow travelers.
Do not go away from the group without taking permission from the Organizers.
Travelers are expected to respect each other and help one another. Avoid discussing sensitive matters like sex, politics, and religion/caste/race.
Using foul or abusive language, eve-teasing, arguing with fellow Travelers/Organizers/Locals, and/or involving in the physical assault will not be accepted and will stand a chance of being deserted by the group then and there.
Every traveler is expected to digitally fill & submit a liability/waiver form given by the Organizers before the trip. This liability form will discharge Muddie Trails of any unexpected incident like injury/death/theft etc.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Traveler

80% refund if a cancellation request is sent 30 days before the trip start date.
No refund on the flights booked with us.
An email has to be sent to muddietrails@gmail.com to raise a cancellation request.
No refund within 30 days of the event start time whatever is the reason (Health, COVID, Accident, Family crisis, Office issue, or anything else).
No refund on the partial payment (advance/booking amount) done to block your seat for the trip.

Cancellation by Muddie Trails

Muddie Trails may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 5 travelers signed up for the trip.

What if we don’t get the minimum number of people for the trip?
We have 2 options in this case:
Option 1: Complete refund.
Option 2: Switch to any other long trip of the same dates or future dates. The difference amount will be collected from you or paid back according to the new trip cost.

Note: We do not recommend to book flight tickets until the trip is confirmed with atleast 5 travelers signed up.

Cancellation due to external factors

Muddie Trails may have to cancel the event in case of external factors that are beyond our control like Natural Disasters, Extreme Weather Conditions, Red Alerts, Political Disturbances, Bandh/Curfews, Local Issues, Road Blocks, Flight cancellations, Covid-19 or any other disease outbreaks etc.

In these scenarios:

No Refund is allowed.
100% trip amount can be used for future dates. The difference amount, if any, will be collected from you or paid back according to the new trip cost.
Once you confirm your participation on the new trip, all the above Cancellation policies will apply for the same.
